I work from three service ‘threads’ - Embodiment (mentoring), Expression (strategy) and Evolution (content facilitation).
Each thread offers functional, practical evolution of your content ecosystem and can be followed as a single thread or woven together.
Drawing on my extensive and transdisciplinary experience, I embrace a fluid methodology combining qualitative insights with emergent sense-making, to help you to move from performative brand to embodied persona.

About / Bio
I have always been drawn to layers and connections - and the spaces in between. This innate curiosity has shaped my learning journey from human geography and natural ecosystems, creative communications and regenerative philosophies to yoga and horticulture.
Combined with an intuitive understanding for how communication shapes identities and perspectives, these interests have all influenced my work across strategy and creative, place and travel, agroecology and education.
After a 20 year career in brand communications, strategy and content, working for the likes of National Geographic and Destination Canada, I stepped away from business as usual to explore new ways of working, thinking and creating.
This led to a shift in my approach to content and communications - from placing nature and its stories into the system, to embracing nature’s principles to inform and shape the system itself.
